Little is known about the floral-faunal relations of False Rue Anemone, except for the visitors of the flowers. The pollen of the flowers attracts medium- to small native bees, including Halictid bees and Andrenid bees, that collect pollen. False Rue Anemone does not seem to be browsed by mammalian herbivores (illinoiswildflower.info). This plant is also called Isopyrum biternatum.
